It all started with a simple idea: "Someone should have to only make one call if they needed something done outside." Whether it was just mowing and trimming their front lawn, or as radical as turning their backyard, full of weeds and rocks, into a whole outdoor experience complete with a patio, pergola, outdoor kitchen, fireplace and a beautiful landscape of flowerbeds, retaining walls, and lush green grass, what if there were a company that could do it all? Everything Outdoors was born from that idea.

My name is Tucker Mullens, founder and operator of Everything Outdoors. I was born and raised in Aledo, Texas. Growing up in the country and being one of eight kids, I had to learn to work hard early! I started mowing lawns and doing outdoor work when I was around eight years old; it was my first-ever paying job. From grade school through my college years, I continued to mow and maintain lawns, as well as do other jobs and projects like weed and pest control, tree work, stonework, patios, walkways, retaining walls, and more to make extra money or sometimes, to just help out friends or family.

After finishing college, I spent over ten years working with a friend and helped grow their family-owned staffing company from just two small offices, to nine locations and over $50 million in sales. Seeing what the company grew into, and what it did for his family and the people who worked for them, I realized it was time for me to do the same! So in the fall of 2023, I started Everything Outdoors, and am now back to doing what I know and love - working with my hands and helping people create and maintain beautiful landscapes and wonderful outdoor spaces!

Our goal is to build a relationship with you, understand what you want and need for your yard and outdoor spaces, and be your one call for everything outdoors. We know there are quite literally hundreds of companies to choose from, but if by chance, you don’t have a company that can handle everything for you, or you just don’t want to do it yourself anymore, please give us a call.

Meet The Team

Tucker was born and raised in Aledo, TX. He is an Eagle Scout, and attended Weatherford Junior College and Tarleton State University. Before starting Everything Outdoors, Tucker spent over 10 years working at a friend's staffing company and helped it grow from two small offices, into one of the most successful agencies in DFW. Tucker has always had a passion for business and for the outdoors. He loves creating and building new things and helping people achieve their goals and potential.

Taylor is the mechanical handyman genius of the family. Taylor still holds the production record for his past employer, Hilti Tools, for the most tools repaired out of any of their techs in over 100 different countries! Taylor lives in Aledo with his wife and three daughters and when not at work or with them, he loves tinkering with all things motors and mechanical. Basically, if it runs, he can fix it. When it comes to someone you can count on to solve a problem and get the job done, Taylor is the one you want on your team!

Nathan is our secret weapon to being more efficient and effective! By running all back-office operations and helping with strategic planning, he helps pave the way for a dreamer like Tucker to go out and make it possible. Nathan and his wife Melissa successfully ran his family's company for over 20 years before selling it so they could move back home to Texas! Nathan's experience and business acumen bring Everything Outdoors a huge competitive advantage and allows our teams in the field to thrive and focus on what they do best!
